More specifically, the company focuses on clients/patients/residents abuse; dealing with aggressive clients/patients/residents; and bullying (staff to staff) in the workplace.

Areas of expertise includes the identification, assessment, investigation and intervention in cases of abuse/bullying; research and customized anti-abuse/bullying training and education on a corporate, managerial and front-line level.
